What does my license include?

Every Pro plan includes all modules, automatic updates delivered to your WordPress dashboard, and a license key for one production site.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

The plugin keeps working on your site. You just stop receiving updates and new features until you subscribe again. Lifetime licenses never expire.

How do updates work?

Enter your license key in the plugin settings. Updates then show up on your Plugins screen like any other plugin, served directly from our update server.

Is there a free version?

Yes. The Event System Lite is free and runs your public events calendar: the display calendar in all six styles, event pages, one iCal feed, and automatic image and tag rules, with free updates. Every booking, room, and payment feature is Pro. Upgrading is in place: enter a license key and the next update delivers the full plugin with all of your events kept.

Can I request features?

Yes, and please do. Post ideas on our feature request board and vote on what we build next.

Do I need Modern Events Calendar?

No. The Event System is fully standalone. It stores events in a MEC-compatible format, so if you are moving off MEC your existing events keep working, and if MEC is installed the two coexist.
